About Me

Hello! My name is Lalita Sabat and I am a BSMD student at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am passionate about tutoring
because it allows me to share my love of learning and to help others grow in their knowledge and skills. Seeing students gain
confidence and overcome challenges is an incredibly rewarding experience. Beyond academics, some of my key interests include
dance, volunteering, and research.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored students since I was a high schooler. Junior year, most of my tutoring was in person, however in my senior year we all went online due to COVID. I have developed many tools that make learning online easy, especially those requiring collaboration between the tutor and student. As an undergraduate student, I have actively been involved in the teaching space as a tutor for my Biology and Chemistry classes. Most of my tutoring in this capacity has also been online.
