I love to tutor because I think it is amazing to see student become more comfortable and confident in their academics! I love sharing my resources and expertise with students who need help. I am a current undergraduate student at UCLA studying Psychobiology. I love volunteering in hospitals and research labs. In my free time, I love to read and go on hikes.

Tutoring Experience
I have taught in person classrooms (summer school) of students ranging from Kindergarten through 7th grade. I have taught in-person summer school classes of elementary grades math, English comprehension, and writing. I have tutored elementary students math, english, and writing online for about 3 years in the past. I have also tutored high school students in college preparation and applications for about 2 years both in person and online.
Philanthropy / Volunteering Experience
1) Hospital Volunteer at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center: Gaining experience with transporting and discharging patients/hospital materials, working with nurses and doctors, transporting documents and materials between departments, taking phone calls from patients. 2) Volunteer at Watered Garden Disability Mission Center: Volunteered at a disability center that focused on providing fun, social activities for the mentally and physically disabled. Led fun activities such as arts and crafts, walks to the park, and dance. 3) Volunteer at UCLA Peng Lab: Currently contributing to research for UCLA Health as a volunteer. Volunteering in a research lab dealing with stem cell research on neurodegenerative diseases.
