More About Me
Sona has had the pleasure of tutoring students at a range of grade levels & in a variety of subjects for over two decades.
She passed every AP exam that she took & earned a top score on the SAT through self-study. She graduated from high school with a 4.0 GPA & earned admission into Stanford University & every other college to which she applied.
Sona attended UCLA with the benefit of a number of scholarships & graduated with a 3.9 GPA, earning distinctions of summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, College Honors, & Dean’s Honor list. She was a tutor & an undergraduate Teaching Assistant in two college classes. Throughout high school, college, law school, & beyond, Sona has guided countless students on their college & graduate school applications, essays, & test preparation for the LSAT, ACT, SAT, GMAT, GRE, & CBEST.
She attended UC Berkeley School of Law &, after practicing civil litigation for a number of years, Sona returned to her passion for teaching & education. Sona is passionate about making a positive impact in the community. She supports a range of philanthropic efforts and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Orangewood Foundation and the Tustin Public School Foundation.
Sona is passionate about helping all students reach their academic potential & is grateful for the opportunity to do what she can to work with so many amazing individuals.
