About Me
I love tutoring because it gives me the chance to help students build confidence while making challenging subjects feel more approachable. I enjoy breaking down complex problems into simple steps and finding different ways to explain ideas until they click. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about music, staying active outdoors, and exploring new coffee shops. I bring patience, positivity, and curiosity to every session, and I look forward to supporting students as they grow.

Academic Accolades
- I completed my BS in Computer Science, graduating with honors.
- During my time in undergrad, I contributed to research for two different labs in UCSC’s Economics department.
- The summer after my junior year of college I had the opportunity to intern at UnitedHealth Group, where I used data analysis techniques to improve the quality of patient care.
- I served as a course tutor for 2 years where I assisted students in lower division undergraduate computer science classes.
- I was able to graduate in 4 years with a double major (Computer Science and Business Management Economics)!
Tutoring Experience
I have tutored children in Python and Scratch remotely, working to strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills while keeping them engaged. At UC Santa Cruz, I also served as a course tutor. I held office hours to support students with their programming assignments, understanding material, and preparing for exams. My teaching style is patient and focuses on building confidence.
Philanthropy / Volunteering Experience
- I’ve conducted art lessons for children at an after school daycare.
- I choreographed and taught dance routines to children for cultural performances.
