More About Me
I believe helping the next generation learn is vital to the future success of the globe. Especially in this pandemic when school teachers are not able to teach their children, I want to keep the children engaged in learning. I hope to motivate children to pursue STEM since they will be leaders of the next generation, and our society can only go as far as what we give the younger generation. I am lucky to be provided great schooling throughout my life and I would like other children to experience that as well. I have thought about becoming a middle or high school teacher one day, and this would be great experience towards that career. Additionally, I think children enjoy my company since I am understanding, nice, and have a sense of humor. I have had great experiences working with children in the past and hope to make new connections.
My main hobbies include athletics, since I have been a life long sports fanatic. I played varsity soccer, basketball, and track&field but I play occasional tennis and have also golfed for a majority of my life. I am comfortable teaching any sport since I believe I am a natural athlete. I enjoy spending time at the beach as well, fishing and trying my hand at surfing.
I also really enjoy puzzles. I don’t know why but I have always seen them as a fun challenge and cannot rest until I have it complete.
