About Me
I love tutoring because I enjoy helping students discover their strengths and gain confidence in learning a new language. Watching students go from shy or uncertain to excited about expressing themselves in Spanish is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, and exploring nature. I also love reading, writing, and learning about different cultures and traditions, which I often bring into my lessons to make them more fun and meaningful. As someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about creating supportive and engaging lessons that help students connect with the language and feel proud of their progress.

I have tutored in person and online for the past 5 years for public schools and in private settings. I have also worked as an outdoor educator for preschool and early elementary school ages.
Philanthropy / Volunteering Experience
I volunteer and grant write with local non profit organizations related to reproductive and environmental justice.
