I love working with students on helping to better understand the material they are learning! I know it can be frustrating when you
don’t understand certain topics or concepts, and my goal is always to boost the confidence of students in any given topic. My
hobbies include reading, playing board games, and exercising!

Academic Accolades
I performed proficiently on my AP tests, performing particularly well on the AP Literature, AP Language, and AP History Courses. I
currently have a 3.751 GPA, and Provost Honors at the University of California San Diego.
Tutoring Experience
I have tutored during the summers with programs aimed at catching students up on the material from previous years. I have also
worked as a program leader for an after-school program where I helped with homework and engaged in enrichment activities for
students.
Philanthropy / Volunteering Experience
I currently work with the Jessie Rees Foundation, a charity focused on providing joy to children fighting Cancer in hospitals. I work
with them to get donations for their annual Galas, attend their fundraising events, and have worked to fill “Joy Jars” with goodies
for children to enjoy during their time in hospitals.
