More About Me
I love tutoring because of my passion for learning. I know learning is about developing a passion for the subjects around you, and it can be fascinating what you can discover when you have a deeper understanding! I love seeing people discover their passions without the stress of misunderstanding or failure. Apart from tutoring, I am a dedicated pianist. Playing for upwards of 10 years, piano has become apart of who I am today and has contributed to my love of music. I also love being active and going outside to play a game of catch or soccer or just hanging out at the beach!

Year of Graduation: 2024
Year of Graduation:
As a student in high school, I received many awards for academics. I was a National Merit Semifinalist, along with a National AP Scholar and AP Scholar with Distinction. I scored a 1530 on my SAT and 34 on my ACT. As a senior in high school, I completed the math classes at my school, and moved onto my local community college to study Calculus 3 and begin Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. I received a 4.59 10-12 GPA, and graduated without ever receiving below an A- in any class I took. I was ranked top 6% of my class of almost 500 students as an honor roll student. During my graduation, I was commended with a Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish, a Golden State Merit Award, and Presidential Outstanding Academic Excellence Award.
I tutored on my own apart from any organizations. I put my contact information up through my high school and my teachers recommended me to friends. I have taken four separate tutoring jobs, one of them lasting almost years. Unofficially, I have assisted many friends with their struggles as they trust me with my experience and ability. I have experience with tutoring ADHD and kids with IEP's in English.
Philanthropy / Volunteering Experience
I have volunteered tutoring to students at my high school. I have also worked alongside Eskaton Senior Care to assist with office work. Lastly, I have worked with the Sacramento Fire Department to assist working in the ambulance with victims at hand.
