Pratham is thrilled to partner with My Private Professor (MPP) to provide a unique opportunity for exceptional college students to offer critical educational support and give back in a meaningful way.
Pratham is one of the largest education-focused nonprofits working in the world that has positively impacted more than 75 million lives. MPP is a leading, impact-driven educational services company that provides personalized, online tutoring to students & donates resources for underserved students with each tutoring hour.
After hearing about a student initiative to fundraise and give back 100% of profits to Pratham, MPP was excited to contribute its support. The MPP platform provides the scalability as well as the passion for philanthropy and educational equity, which is in alignment with Pratham’s goals to provide learning access to students in India.
Through MPP’s College Ambassador Program (CAP), eligible students who join MPP’s tutor platform will serve as their school’s ambassadors, and will have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on students in the U.S., while donating up to 100% of their tutoring earnings to support Pratham and students in India. As part of the program, MPP will recognize these students on their platform and in social media, and will also donate 10% of the net proceeds from each tutoring hour earned through MPP’s CAP for Pratham.
This partnership will give college and graduate students the opportunity of making a difference in the lives of students needing extra academic help in the U.S. while also supporting Pratham’s efforts to provide quality education to students in underserved communities in India.
